Lawrence J. Haye
Managing Director

Mr. Haye is responsible to oversee the creation Panamacian Holdings' portfolio of investments in both domestic and global businesses selected to generate revenue growth through diversification to create investment returns. Mr. Haye actively supervises the company's daily operations, utilizing his knowledge and expertise in evaluating business opportunities and negotiating the purchase and sale of companies.

He is an expert at restoring a business to the forefront of its industry utilizing his philosophy for maximizing the value of targeted companies.
Mr. Haye has extensive project management experience in the fields of telecommunications and finance, including work and analysis for projects with Verizon, Siemens, and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Haye is also the co-founder of Eureeka Consulting, LLC a Connecticut based consulting firm that specializes in process flow analyst and supply chain management

Mr. Haye's educational background includes a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University Of Connecticut. He holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Geoffrey L. Haye
Managing Director

Prior to joining Panamaican Holdings, Mr. Haye served as Vice President  for Risk Assessment and Planning at Haye Capital Group, LLC.  At Haye Capital Group, he was responsible for the oversight of all strategic planning, alliances, ventures, corporate strategy, and M&A activities. He was a key player in several company shaping transactions including the purchase of Clear Creek Tech and the inception of the Home Buyer Resource Center.  Mr. Haye has extensive banking experience from his various stints at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Chevy Chase Bank, and Andrews Federal Credit Union.  He is also a founding member of Marcial & Associates, LLC,  Philadelphia, PA law firm that specializes in trust and estate law.

Mr. Haye earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Bowie State University. Mr. Haye earned his Juris Doctorate from Temple University's James Beasley School of Law.

Sidney A. Bampoe
Senior Associate

Prior to joining Panamaican Holdings, Sidney helped to develop the infrastructure for the Haye Capital Group trading desk, formed trading procedures and policies, and co-created the portfolio management computer systems. In addition, Mr. Bampoe was a member of the portfolio management committee that decided investment strategies, asset allocation, and made relative value decisions overseeing the growth in assets. During his tenure, Mr. Bampoe supervised a team of three traders involved in all aspects of the indexed stock markets while he specialized in the trading of options.

Mr. Bampoe is responsible for researching and identifying investment opportunities. He holds two engineering degrees. His educational background includes a B.S. in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
